FLOOR AND ROOF CONSTRUCTION

Main upper floor (3200 sq ft) consists of a 40 ft full span truss system with 2-4-1 (1-1/8" thick) Plywood sub sheathing overlay.

Main floor trusses create a 4 ft walk way on all sides to enable maintence and cleaning of the windows and other componants.

Roof trusses are a full 40 ft span 2 in 12 pitch truss system. Canterlever creates a full 5 ft overhng on all sides.

Roof trusses are overlayed with 5/8 inch cdx plywood, 90Lb mineral cap underlayment , and a 26 ga metra steel roof system.

Truss systems are fully vented.

Note: Full span systems above enable the interior walls to be arranged to create any custom floor plan.
