Shorey’s cabin is for sale.

It is the next lot up river of the Hilton.

It is a standard Martini Row lot.

There is a 50 ft USFS right of way bordering the up river side.

The creek runs through the property and is good water.

In the last 20 years we have not had flood water to the cabin. It usually floods over the                       

 river bank less than a foot. No flooding from behind.

The cabin is 18’x 24’ with a 12/12 roof.

It has one room down stairs and large open sleeping area upstairs. It has a stairway to the upstairs.

The main stringers and foundation are new.

The barrel stove is shot, but I have a replacement wood stove at the cabin. I also have a new heavy duty barrel and a new barrel stove kit.

It has cabinets and counter top. Stainless double sink with running water from the creek via a flowjet pump.

Propane stove.

The cabin is mostly wired, but not terminated and trimmed.

The down stairs is insulated and sheeted with ¼”AC.

There are two 8D batteries and a solar panel.

There is a couch, easy chair, coffee table, end table, kitchen table and chairs, a dresser, a wood box, and four beds.

Lots of misc. VHF, battery charger, pots and pans, dishes and silverware, etc.

The wood shed/shop is 10’x20’

The wood shed is full and there are extra rounds outside.

The shop comes with everything. Tools, parts, hardware, axes, shovels, if you can name it it’s probably in there.

There is a large outhouse with a world class view.

There is a remote start 4KW generator in a fiberglass enclosure

At the river bank there is a 30’ aluminum tree boom with a hydraulic winch. There is a Honda hydraulic pack to run it.

There is a full set of galvanized Mercmarine dock hardware to build a dock with. It is the same stuff Neil McKinnon used on his.

There is extra lumber, vinyl windows, am aluminum ladder, yard wagon, lawn mowers, weed whacker, lawn chairs, Weber grill, and more.

22’ Heliarc jet boat. (built by Ernie Duckworth) with a 385hp 460 and an American Turbine single stage pump. GPS/Fathometer, VHF, trailer, lots of gear and spare parts.

18’ T&S skiff with an electric start 50hp on it. Seats, gear, tanks, all the stuff.

17’ Coleman canoe.
